Booking conditions at the Naturparkhotel Adler

All prices are per person per day. This includes our numerous inclusive services as well as the statutory value-added tax. The currently valid visitor’s tax will be charged additionally.

You can pay your hotel bill on site in cash, with EC card or by credit card (American Express, Master or Visa).

Please note: On all extended weekends, carnival, Easter and holidays our main season weekend prices apply (also on weekdays).

When booking at least 7 nights, our prices are valid from Sunday – Friday.

Arrival and departure and cancellation conditions

On the day of arrival we will hold your room ready for you from 15.00.
On the day of departure the room will be at your disposal until 11.00 am.
Stays can be canceled free of charge in writing up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of later cancellation we will try to rent the room again. If we do not succeed, we will charge 70% of the room rate. This also applies in case of early departure.
Due to the sharp increase in energy prices, we will charge an energy surcharge of 3.50 euros per room per night for new bookings and reservations from September 1, 2022. We ask for your understanding.
To make sure you are on the safe side, we recommend a low-cost travel cancellation insurance, which you can take out directly here, for example: Travel Cancellation Insurance.
We would like to point out that cell phone reception is not possible in the entire house.
